1.

Tell us about you and the person/s you are referring

  • Complete the form at the bottom of the page, providing contact details so we know where to send your voucher

  • Add the contact details about the person/s you’d like to refer

  • We will confirm contact to both parties and send them an invite link to our market leading, secure online fact find system

2.

They complete their fact find and both get £25 vouchers

  • Once they have completed the fact find, we will forward a £25 John Lewis/Waitrose Voucher to both of you.

  • They don’t need to proceed with a mortgage application to qualify, and any advice provided to the person/s referred will be strictly confidential. Your data and their data is protected with the highest level of security. Any information isn’t sold, nor passed onto any 3rd parties, except where agreed in advance, for instance a solicitor referral or home insurance quote.

* Fact find requires full identification check, either using questions about your credit report or photo recognition services similar to most modern banks, providing one time access to your credit report and background information about employment/self employment, address history and subject property address.

Please ensure you have the consent of the person/s being referred to be contacted by us via email and telephone, and confirm this in the form below.
